We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops. We also loved the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our room and the balcony. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay.

For us, it was ideal.

I stayed at this great apartment in a fantastic location with a cosy terrace view. The well-kept and clean apartment offered great value for money. The cute and cosy space was perfect to relax in after a day of skiing. The unexpected bonus of a Matterhorn view from the kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner Anita was fabulous. The apartment's design provided a warm and comfortable stay, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony for people-watching. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting.

The Alpine Lodge apartment was absolutely amazing! The bedroom was cozy and the bedding was so comfortable. The living room with the kitchen was perfect for relaxing and cooking meals. The furnished balcony had stunning views. It felt like a home away from home!

Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtub a bit inconvenient.

The lodge was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was super convenient to be just a few minutes away from the train and bus stations, as well as all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. Plus, the balcony provided a great view of the bustling main street.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The WiFi connection in the apartment was pretty weak, which made it difficult to stay connected and use our devices.

We loved the functional kitchenette, which had all the modern amenities we needed. the balcony offered a stunning view of the mountains, and we appreciated the safety and security of the area. it was a great experience and we highly recommend Alpine Lodge for a stay in Zermatt.

Watch the colorful chaos of Bahnhofstrasse from the balcony. The modern apartments are a perfect base for exploring. The sightseeing is a treat, especially the Matterhorn Museum.

The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the village and main train station, making it convenient to explore the area. The apartment had all the necessary utilities and facilities, including a cozy terrace overlooking the surroundings. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The pillows provided were flat and uncomfortable, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
